Specialists of Rosobrnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Education and Science), based on a large amount of statistical information, have compiled a rating of Russian regions with the best quality of education, NewsNN reports.
It is specified that the regions of the country were assessed according to 12 indicators divided into three areas, namely, the learning outcomes of schoolchildren, the practice orientation of school education, and the management of the school education system.
According to the results of the study, St. Petersburg, Moscow, and the Leningrad region were at the top of the rating. Next in the top ten are the Kaliningrad, Yaroslavl, and Tambov regions, Udmurtia, the Sverdlovsk region, the Perm Territory, and the Murmansk region. The top 15 includes the Samara and Penza regions, the Komi Republic, the Moscow region, and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
