Russian manufacturers of medical equipment at the largest international medical exhibition Medica 2021 in Dusseldorf, Germany, held more than 200 meetings with a potential of 2.7 billion rubles, according to the Russian Export Centre.

From November 15 to 18, the largest international medical exhibition Medica 2021 was held in Dusseldorf, Germany. With the support of the Russian Export Centre (REC), 22 Russian companies producing medical products took part in the exhibition. On average, the business potential of one meeting amounted to 12.9 million rubles, and the total potential of all meetings held reached 2.7 billion rubles.
A total of 207 business meetings were held at the Medica exhibition following the results of the four days of the Russian exposition. As a result of the meetings, Russian companies concluded contracts on the supply of their products to foreign markets.
The company “Triton-Electronics” signed an addendum to the contract for the amount of 945 thousand euros for the supply of multi-gas monitors. The contract provides for the supply of AMG-06 anaesthetic monitors to EU countries and around the world through a global European distributor. Agreements have also been reached on future supplies of equipment for intensive care in the amount of about 3 million euros for the next 2 years. As noted, this equipment is already being supplied to 40 countries around the world.
Also, an agreement was signed between the exhibitor Medico-Biological Union LLC and the First Med company from Egypt on the supply of kits for laboratory diagnostics, control materials for haematology analyzers and standard serum panels to the Egyptian market. In addition, LLC Razvitie has signed agreements with Sandor Medicaids Pvt. Ltd from India and Echo Medical Supplies from Jordan. The contracts were also signed by Research and Production Company Potok Inter and Sana Klinik Service GmbH (Germany).
