Russian Film Editor Invited to American Film Academy

The American Academy of Motion Picture Arts invited the editor of the “Beanpole” film, Igor Litoninsky, to its ranks. In total, 819 people received invitations, the NevNov reported.

The Academy noted that they always include in its ranks unusually talented people who reflect the rich diversity of the world cinema community. In total, the list included 819 film figures among which are actors, directors, screenwriters, producers, sound engineers, composers, and editors. It is stated that all people who received invitations will become full members of the academy this year.
