The Russian football championship will be resumed on June 21, 2020, which was announced by the executive committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU).

The executive committee reported that the 2019-2020 Tinkoff season of the Russian Premier League (RPL) is resuming. The union allowed 5 substitutions in the remaining championship games. It is noted that the championship matches will be held without spectators until the end of the season.
The RPL website has particular information on the calendar structure of the renewable season which involves holding matches from June 21 to July 22, including 4 rounds with matches in the middle of the week. One day is fixed for the tour, which, in turn, can last 3-4 days.
