Russian Scientists Created Device for Remote Destruction of Viruses

At the “Microelectronics-2021” forum held in Alushta on October 4, the “TOR” device was presented, which, as stated by its creators, is capable of issuing a ‘wave antidote’ for electromagnetic suppression of the virus, forcing it to stop multiplying, even though just a year ago this device was an air disinfector.

Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Vasily Shpak, presenting the device, said that it has no analogues in the world. He clarified that the device provides protection from infection for a day with its radiation during 15 minutes of operation. According to the Federal Service for Supervision of Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor), “TOR” has already passed clinical trials at Samara Medical University.

As specified, Roszdravnadzor registered “TOR” on September 23, 2021, as a medical device for non-invasive electromagnetic therapy. The ‘Granit’ Concern filed an application for registration of medical products in the autumn of 2020. Initially, the device was designed to disinfect the air using electromagnetic radiation, with a source of ultra-high frequency energy as the main component.

It is stated that the concern is an enterprise that sells hand-held radio stations to the structures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Recently, it has been declaring itself as a developer of blockchain solutions and database management systems based on a cryptography method. In addition, the company has a certificate of compliance with Russian information security standards issued by the FSB.
