Russians consider reliability to be the main value of the automotive market (63 per cent of respondents), according to the study conducted by the Mile RAPP communication agency together with the Romir research holding. The research is based on survey data from 1,500 respondents.
According to the results of the survey, customers also value safety (56 per cent) and innovation (51 per cent) of car brands. Also, among the important qualities of the car market, Russians named individuality (37 per cent) and status (35 per cent).
The reliability was named more often by women (67 per cent) than men (58 per cent). Simplicity is more important for high-income respondents (27 per cent). It is also specified that innovation is often considered an important value by men, women, and respondents of all age groups.
