Specialists of the SuperJob job search service conducted a study and found out which professions are the most difficult for Russians to communicate with. It turned out that the difficulties in communicating at work most often arise with accountants and lawyers.
According to the survey results, 36 per cent of Russians easily communicate at work with representatives of various professions. Nevertheless, if difficulties arise, then most often it concerns communication with accountants (7 per cent of respondents). Also, 4 per cent of Russians admitted that it is not easy for them to interact with lawyers. In turn, 3 per cent of respondents fail to find a common language with sales managers and IT specialists, as well as with representatives of their own profession.
Difficulties in interaction with personnel managers were acknowledged by 2 per cent of the respondents. A bit difficult for communication professions appeared to be economist, engineer, security officer, bank manager, driver, salesman, and secretary (only 1 per cent each). Another 1 per cent of Russians find it difficult to communicate with almost everyone at work.
It is noted that men more often than women confess the problems they have in communication with people at work. In turn, women find it more difficult to communicate only with IT specialists, engineers, bank managers, and drivers, and 42 per cent of women do not experience any difficulties in communication at all (among men, the figure is 29 per cent). According to 7 per cent of respondents, difficulties in communication do not depend on a profession, but on the temperament and character traits of a person.
