Specialists from the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Centre (VTsIOM) and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “National Priorities” presented the data from the surveys of Russians on the implementation of National Projects. In the course of the study, it turned out that over the past year, the awareness of the country’s residents about the creation of online super services under the Digital Economy national project has grown most of all (74% versus 43% in 2020).
Also popular are the development of ecotourism as part of the national project “Ecology” (79%, 63% in 2020), the use of the service “My Health” on the State Services portal for the national project “Healthcare” (85%, 73% in 2020), construction of a high-speed highway Moscow – Kazan under the national project “Modernization and Expansion of Transport Infrastructure” (61%, 49% in 2020), the organization of outpatient oncological care centres and the construction of oncological dispensaries under the national project “Healthcare” (66%, 56% in 2020) and others.
It is specified that citizens over 60 years old (88%) and residents of cities with a population of 100 to 500 thousand people (86%) are more often aware of the ecotourism development programme than others Russians. In turn, the most informed about the My Health service are residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg (90%), as well as women (89%). Also, citizens of 45-59 and 60 years and older (75-77%), as well as residents of the Central Federal District (69%), the Volga Federal District and men (65% each) are the ones who know more than others about the construction of a high-speed highway Moscow – Kazan. Finally, the programme for organizing outpatient oncological care centres and the construction of oncological dispensaries are more often familiar to citizens 60 years and older (79%), as well as to residents of the Siberian Federal District (76%).
