More than two weeks are required for a full rest for almost half of Russians, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the press service of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud).
According to the service, 45 per cent of Russians surveyed need even more than two weeks for a full rest. It is specified that for 37 per cent, two weeks are quite enough to take a break from work. However, there are also those who get tired not from work, but without it (9 per cent of respondents).
It turned out that 36 per cent of the study participants need to save small amounts of money during the year to form their vacation budget. Approximately the same number (32 per cent) use the funds paid by their employer before going on vacation.
At the same time, about a third of the respondents (30 per cent) continue to respond to work requests during their vacation and regularly check their email. In addition, 12per cent are looking for a new job during their vacation, while the majority (68 per cent) use their holidays exclusively for recreation.
