Specialists of the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Centre (VTsIOM) conducted a survey of working Russian citizens in order to find out how proud the residents of the country are of their working achievements.
It turned out that the vast majority of Russians (89 per cent) are proud of their work, the result of which brings them not only a salary but also moral satisfaction (78 per cent). The results of the study also showed specialists that more than half of Russians (60per cent) would not want to change either their place of work or their field of activity. Besides, 67 per cent of respondents believe that they are becoming more professional in their work. In addition, the vast majority of the surveyed (86 per cent) said that they like their work, and 34 per cent even noted that they like it a lot.
