Sociologists found out why Russians respect and value their colleagues. People called professionalism the most valuable quality (51 per cent) for those with whom they are working together, and patience turned out to be the least respected (3 per cent), Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.
Each respondent could give no more than three answers. As a result, 46% chose respect for other people and their work, 43% value the willingness to help in difficult situations. The top 5 also includes responsibility (42%) and interest in the quality of work (35%). The qualities of colleagues such as goodwill (33%), responsiveness (30%), and punctuality (14%) turned out to be less valuable.
