In the Samara region, were held competitions in parachuting among the military. Representatives of intelligence and special forces of the Urals, Volga and Siberia participated in the competition for accuracy.
The participants faced difficult weather conditions. Due to the low cloudiness (below 600 meters), the day of the jumps was postponed several times. But then the clouds rose a little above the ground, and the competition took place as it was planned.
The participants had to jump with a parachute from a height of 800 to 1200 meters. The military had to land on a point within the area of 2 square meters. Due to the fog on the “aiming,” the paratroopers had only 400 meters.
According to the results of the competition, the special forces from Togliatti and Novosibirsk were recognized the best.
