The famous St. Petersburg graduates festival this year will be held in an online format due to the restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, RIA FAN reports.
The “Scarlet Sails” festival is a unique event recommended for visiting in almost 20 countries of the European Union. Last year, the festival won the prestigious Best Event Awards. In 2020, the event will be held in a TV format, that is, without the participation of the audience.
The action includes the passage of the brig “Russia” under the red sails and the grandiose pyrotechnic show with fireworks, which will be available live on TV. The concert and water show will be broadcast on Channel 5, starting at 10 pm. The culmination of the holiday with fireworks will be shown by all central TV channels.
