Self-Isolation Cancelled for Russians on Export Flights

The mandatory 14-day self-isolation for Russians returning to the country on export flights has been cancelled, according to the decree signed by the head of Rospotrebnadzor, the chief state sanitary doctor of Russia Anna Popova, the official portal of legal information reported. 

It is indicated that within 3 days from the date of arrival in the country, Russians must pass a test for a new type of coronavirus infection and post the result on the public services portal. If within 14 days from the moment of arrival, a person does not feel well, then he should immediately seek medical help without visiting medical organizations. It is also specified that foreigners arriving in Russia must have a certificate of a negative test for COVID-19 already upon boarding the plane.
