In Omsk, the construction of a semicircular building of the “Zvezda” (“Star”) retail and office complex has been completed, NGS55 reports. The building has already been commissioned, and now the builders are finishing the interior. Over the next two months, tenants will come to the shopping centre and in March 2021 the complex should be open to visitors.

It is specified that the total area of the complex is 3,136.9 square metres, and its height is 8 floors. There is also a guarded parking lot for 38 cars near the shopping and office complex. The complex was designed by the famous local architect Alexander Begun. According to his plan, most of the facade is occupied by panoramic glazing, and there is an observation deck on the roof of the shopping complex.
The cost of renting one square metre of premises is 700 rubles per month. It is noted that the list of tenants includes a children’s clothing store, an atelier, a beauty studio, and children’s studios. Also, the first floor of the building will house the first in Omsk supermarket of the Yarche! chain owned by the Tomsk businessman, Denis Shtengelov, who is included in the list of 200 richest businessmen in Russia according to the Forbes magazine.
