In the Rostov region, the minimum living wage for pensioners will be increased by 8 per cent and payments to large families will also be indexed, 1rnd reports.
It is specified that the subsistence minimum for pensioners next year will be 9,445 rubles, while now it is 8,679 rubles. The increase will allow them to receive a federal social supplement of 1,790 rubles. The second direction of social support was indexation by 3.7 per cent of the monthly cash payment for the third or subsequent children in a family. In addition, until March 1, 2020, these payments will be calculated automatically.
