Muscovites have a chance to marry at unusual venues of Moscow city in 2020. This was told by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
Citizens will be able to get married in 2020 at 30 new venues of the Russian capital. According to Anastasia Rakova, more than 6 thousand marriage ceremonies have already taken place at unusual venues in the city, and another 500 couples are going to get married there.
“In the past two months, we have received many requests from couples who would now like to apply for marriage in unusual places in the capital in 2020. And from that day they had such an opportunity,” she explained.
You can already apply for most of the prepared sites. Next year it is planned to hold more than 8.5 thousand wedding ceremonies.
The most popular among Muscovites are the towers of Moscow City, the hippodrome, planetarium, Moskvarium, Luzhniki Stadium, and Spartak stadium.
Muscovites are married on Fridays and Saturdays when there are no visitors in these places, according to the official website of the Moscow Mayor.
