The number of vacancies in March increased compared to the same period in 2019, despite a statement on non-working days, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports with reference to HeadHunter specialists.
Despite the announced non-working days, the number of vacancies did not decrease but even increased slightly (by 4%) compared to March last year. The number of vacancies in March increased for medicine and pharmaceuticals, security and public services, working and home staff, construction and real estate.
At the same time, for representatives of traditional office professional areas (marketing, accounting, advertising and PR, human resources, law), the number of vacancies decreased. However, experts say that even in the areas that suffered the most, vacancies did not disappear completely.
A number of industries continue to operate as usual, for example, manufacturers and sellers of food and basic necessities, medical facilities, pharmacies, organizations involved in urgent repairs, as well as loading and unloading.
