The company ‘Glavstroy St. Petersburg’, according to the results of seven months of 2020, took second place in the city in terms of housing commissioning, fontanka reported.
In 2020, Glavstroy St. Petersburg has already put into operation seven residential buildings on time. The living area of 2,428 built apartments was 93,000 square metres (excluding balconies, loggias, verandas, and terraces). This result provided the developer with the second place in the current rating of developers in the city in terms of commissioning in 2020.
By the end of the year, Glavstroy St. Petersburg plans to complete the construction of ten comfort-class buildings. It is specified that the houses are in a high degree of readiness: monolithic frames of buildings have been formed and brickwork has been completed, internal work is being carried out, lifting equipment is being commissioned, the premises are being finished, and the territory is being landscaped.
