406 people and 62 projects from 8 universities of Tatarstan will participate in the All-Russian grant competition for youth initiatives. Among 12,217 applications received for participation, Tatarstan went to the top leaders, reports the Ministry of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The authors of the projects requested more than 272 million rubles to implement their ideas. Of the 406 applications filed, 181 are from Kazan, 58 are from Naberezhnye Chelny, 26 are Nizhnekamsk, 15 are from Zainsk, 13 are from Chistopol and other regions of the republic. The projects were submitted for evaluation by an expert commission. A preliminary meeting of the tender committee to determine the winners is scheduled for May 2020.
