Only 6 per cent of Tatarstan employers are going to transfer their employees’ work to full remote format due to the second wave of the COVID-19 epidemic, KazanFirst reports with reference to the hh.ru job search portal poll. Most often, this is the answer from representatives of the media, advertising, marketing, and IT-spheres.
Another 24 per cent of Tatarstan employers claim that the plans include only a partial transfer of employees to “remote work”. This response is more common among workers in telecommunications, energy, and business services companies. It is also stated that 35 per cent of employers of such companies do not plan to transfer employees to a remote work format. The majority of Russians noted that they are quite comfortable working remotely and only 13 per cent of applicants would like to fully return to the office; 63 per cent would choose a combined work format having an opportunity to work both at the office and at home.
