A hotline has started operating in the republic of Tatarstan, where you can get free legal advice on situations related to coronavirus. People are worried about how to get money back for a failed trip, how to get salaries while staying on a distance, and other issues which have arisen during self-isolation, KazanFirst reports.
Currently, the Russian Bar Association, together with the Tatarstan republic’s lawyer chamber, has agreed to create a single number on which they will receive calls and consult people for free. 20 people from the Tatarstan Bar Association and about a dozen independent lawyers are already participating in the project.
There is a dispatcher who receives all calls and sends a question for processing. When the topic of the question is determined, then a lawyer specializing in it is found. Assistance is provided free of charge on the basis of an agreement with the Bar Association. Help can be obtained either by phone or on the social networks VKontakte and Instagram from 9 am to 7 pm on weekdays.
