In February, the number of contracts for participation in shared construction using escrow accounts increased 1.5 times, VM.RU reports with reference to the management of Russian Registration Service (Rosreestr) in Moscow.
In February 2020, 2625 such agreements were registered in respect of residential and non-residential premises using escrow accounts. In January there were 1737 of them. Accordingly, in February, the share of contracts on the primary real estate market for escrow accounts amounted to 33 per cent of the total number. The officials noted that among the regions of the Central Federal District, Moscow remains the leader in such agreements.
