The “Time for Nature” project will be launched on the crowdsourcing platform of the Moscow government. Its main goal is to collect proposals from citizens that can help preserve the species diversity of the environment and create favourable ecological conditions for nature, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
It is specified that participants will be able to propose their ideas from November 24 to November 27, in three areas. These are environmental education and enlightenment, volunteering in ecology, and “Our Tree” (types of trees that are available for self-planting by city residents). Also, the citizens will be able to take part in discussions on creating a harmonious, beautiful, and comfortable architectural and landscape environment of the city.
