Tour operators TUI and Intourist will launch tourist charters from Moscow to Makhachkala (Dagestan) and Grozny (Chechnya), according to the head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova.
The department agreed with the mentioned above companies to create affordable turnkey travel offers that include logistics, accommodation, and excursions, Doguzova noted. According to her, the first charter will fly on April 30 from Moscow to Makhachkala. The flight program includes nine scheduled flights during May, including the May holidays.
“From June 10, tourist charters will fly from Moscow to Grozny. They will fly up to twice a week throughout June,” Doguzova said.
It is noted that then the schedule can change as demand increases.
“These are all combined tours, our program includes visits to other regions, which will allow tourists to discover the Caucasus, get acquainted with different cultures and traditions,” the official said.
