The developers of the Chelyabinsk region have found a decision to combine physical education with intellectual development. They created a projector which displays pictures with tasks on the wall of the gym with the help of special software. The completion of the tasks will help children keep fit.
“We have developed special software that recognizes a climber, a person who climbs a rock wall, and thus, due to this magic, various games can be created. A child can climb a climbing wall, in fact, he climbs a tree, and he has to pick, let’s say, red apples,” the Director of the Skolkovo company, Dmitry Andreev, said.
The instructor turns the new projector on mostly as a reward. So, during training “ninjas” and “birds” appear among the steps of the climbing wall. It is noted that augmented reality can also be created on a regular wall bar in a school gym. Then, for example, a math lesson can be combined with physical education.
