Ural Taekwondo Player Prepares for Olympic Games at Home

The leader of the Russian Taekwondo team, Tatyana Kudashova, is keeping fit in self-isolation competing with a beloved man, who is also a taekwondo player, reports cheltv

Tatyana already has a registered Olympic license. In the own gym, Tatyana issued special equipment for home exercises. She is daily in touch with a personal mentor to complete the training plan.

“Now the main thing is that this virus goes away and everyone becomes healthy, we began to train and perform,” says Tatyana.

With the fact that the games in Tokyo were postponed for a year, the young woman has already come to a thought that there will be enough time to thoroughly prepare for the main tournaments.
