Victory Day Symbols Sales Rose Significantly in Tatarstan

The Russian online retailer (Ozon) experts analyzed several hundred thousand orders and almost 1 million search queries, and found out that the demand for holiday symbols began to grow already in April, KazanFirst reports. 

Demand for holiday paraphernalia with holiday symbols began to grow since April 24, most often users bought St. George ribbons, caps, badges. Demand for historical literature grew by 109%, models of military equipment of war times were bought 23% more often (the BM-13 Katyusha rocket launcher and the legendary T-34 tank). The sales of flags increased by 125% year-on-year, balloons by 45%, and souvenir products by 8 times.
