On the night of June 1, 2022, a video was projected on the walls of the US Embassy building in Moscow, which states that the US military “bears full responsibility for all the dead children of Donbass.”
The activists who organized the action timed it to coincide with the International Children’s Day (“Day of Defending Children” in Russian). They explained that they wanted to remind the world community that the White House has been sponsoring the Ukrainian authorities for many years, whose orders cause killing children of the two republics (the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics).
It is reminded that Russia has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine since February 24. Russian President, Vladimir Putin, said the purpose of the operation is “to protect people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years.”
According to Russian Ministry of Defense, the main tasks of the first stage have already been completed — the combat potential of Ukraine has been significantly reduced. The main goal named by the Russian military department was the liberation of Donbass.
