In the early 2000s, Sidarok sold peeled onions in the market. Together with her nbusiness partner, they began to send the already processed product for dumplings. Then the woman became a co-founder of the company “Echo”.
Under the Beloruchka brand, they provided large chain stores with peeled vegetables in vacuum packages, as well as pickles and Korean salads in plastic buckets. In 2005, the company’s revenue was already 4.5 million rubles per month.
In 2016, entrepreneur Nikolay Dyshlyuk, who has been living in Australia for seven years, contacted Sidarok. He agreed with a woman on the supply of unpasteurized sauerkraut. About 26 tons of vegetables are sent to another continent every month.
